Paul Raccuglia is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Country Club Trust Company. Paul provides investment management for individual and institutional portfolios for a number of Country Club Trust Company clients. He also manages the Core Equity Strategy and serves on the Asset Allocation Committee.
Paul has more than 15 years of investment industry experience, joining Country Club Trust Company in 2011. His professional experience includes serving as a financial analyst and senior institutional strategies analyst at American Century Investments, working with institutional investment portfolios for State Street Bank and serving as a project accountant at Cerner Corporation.
Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in business, finance and banking from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He earned his MBA degree in entrepreneurship from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Kansas City, where he previously served on the executive board of directors.
The American Bankers Association recognized Paul as a member of the 40 Under 40 in Wealth Management class of 2021. This honor recognizes wealth management professionals committed to the highest standards of achievement both at work and in their communities.
In addition to his professional work, Paul has volunteered for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and served on the executive board of directors for Camps for Kids, where he is also a past president.
